How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Studiodangerous Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Studiodangerous Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Just know that Studiodangerous Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@studiodangerous.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
